奔驰(中国)风险管理及业务流程管理项目组招聘全职实习生   

Department: Finance & Controlling

Duration of internship: 6 months (full-time, 5 days per week).

Preferred starting date: ASAP

Salary: 3000RMB per month

 
Brief Description of Assignment:  
Responsibilities and essential works include but are not limited to the following: 
1. Support team in the area of Risk Management to discuss & report project progress, decisions and activities;

2. Support team in the area of Process Management to continuously update business processes to ensure them truly reflect company's operations; 
3. Support team in the areas of Internal Control System, and support coordination with outsourced consultants' activities;
 
Qualification Requirement: 
1. Excellent written and spoken English skills;

2. At least Bachelor Degree in Business relevant majors; 
3. Advanced IT/Computer skills (MS Office, especially PPT and Excel); 
4. Intercultural experience and flexibility on adapting to Chinese culture; 
5. Experience in project management/administration; 
6. Specialize in information management.

备注：要能够保证做满6个月，因为每年每个部门的intern指标有定额，现有intern提前离职的话，在他/她的合约期满之内不是能再招新的intern的，所以希望大家能够保证6个月的时间。期间有7.5天的带薪假。

          由于公司严格的内控制度，招新intern的流程比较长，从确定人选，到正式入职一般要三周时间。所以一月份能来面试，并且通过的话，应该在2月中旬正式入职。所以不会耽误大家过年回家~~

          实习工资3000是税后的哦~~
