IT专员 IT Specialist

工作职责：

1.针对用户系统和程序方面的问题，分析错误，找出解决方案。交换器、 设备以及软件的调整。当问题无法解决时通知国外的IT 部门，建议用户可通过IT helpdesk寻求帮助，并提供问题的相关报告、调试排除故障等文档。

2.提供网络、电话技能指导、功能介绍及用户的培训。

3.对公司所使用的相关软、硬件和其他资源进行分析并提出建议，以满足IT方面的需要，根据需求，进行相应的审批，并进行采买或资源之间的协调。

4.进行企业网络系统、电话系统、机房系统的日常维护。

5.权限的管理。

6.为公司的局域网充当安全人员的角色，维护所有用户的列表以及相关的表格。

7.系统管理员、网络管理员账户的管理。

8.创建并更新目前公司人员现使用的电脑以及软件的清单，并负责维护软件的授权工作。

 

要求：

1.计算机等相关专业本科学历。

2.具备基础的网络工程知识。

3.熟练使用Windows 系统软件，办公室软件。

4.良好的英语沟通能力。

 

Responsibilities:

1. To analyze errors and find solution for user problems with system and program defaults. The exchange of devices, equipment as well as the adjustment of software. Information of external IT-departments if the problem cannot be solved. Advising the user via IT helpdesk. Documentation of problem reports and debugging documents.

2. The network and telephone technical guidance and functional introduction and training of the user is also a function of this job.

3. Analyze and make recommendations concerning hardware, software and other resources to meet the computing needs of the company. Implement or coordinate as needed and approved.

4. Maintain network system、telephone system and computer system.

5. Priority arrangement.

6. Maintain the availability and health of all file servers, LAN, and WAN connections.  Perform regular maintenance of system and network servers.

7. Support PC Systems Administrator and Network Administrator.

8. Create and maintain an inventory listing of all personal computers and software used within the company. Responsible for maintaining license compliance for software.

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in computer technology or related field.

2. Basics of net work engineering.

3. Familiar with Windows system software, Office appliance.

3. Good English language communication skills.
