四川大学华西医院神经外科医疗服务水平在全国名列前茅，2012年重点专科排名第三。为进一步促进华西医院神经外科医疗，教学，科研三者相互结合，共同发展，拟成立四川省神经外科研究所。该研究所是一家以神经外科疾病的基础研究及临床应用为主要方向的高水平研究机构。目前该研究所正在筹建之中，现因发展需要，特面向全球招聘从事医学基础和应用基础研究的学术带头人。

一、招聘条件

2.学术品德端正，团队意识较强，组织能力优秀，乐于奉献。

3.在国内外经过正规医学及神经科学相关基础学科的系统培训，取得了相应的学位，在相关领域的基础及应用基础研究方面有丰富的经验，能结合临床病例及生物样本，提出具有可行性的科学计划，并具有进行科学研究的相关知识和技能。

4.具有良好的中英文写作能力和表达能力，年龄40岁以下，特别优秀者可适当放宽。

5.能够全职完成岗位工作，从事科研组织和实施工作，不允许兼职。

Our institute is based on Department of Neurosurgery, West China Hospital, the biggest hospital and neurosurgical center  in East Asia, and State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy, Sichuan University, one of the largest medical research center in China. Job requirement:

To be considered for this role, you will require a PhD in medicine or related scientific discipline from a world-famous university. Strong understanding of the current trends in neurosurgical research is needed. High motivation and strong interest in medical research is essential. Fine expertise in English language, especially in scientific writing and speaking, is required. Full-time job is required.
