Job Title: FEA/FEM/CAE Engineer (Internship)
Supervisor: Group Project Manager, Global Technical Centre China
Location: Global Technical Centre China, Shanghai

Main Scope of the Position:
Responsible for FEA, evaluate and improve the product performance to meet the function and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1.According to the customer requirements, research related industry standards, understand the analysis requirement and objectives,
2.Conduct FEA to ensure reliability of bearings and relative products,
3.Summarize analyzed data and results; compose analysis report that specifies the methodology / instructions of design/analysis procedures/ simulation results/ analysis conclusion,
4.Identify structural design risk; provide design solutions/advice via analytical and experimental approaches,

Required Skills and Experience:
1.Master degree candidate majors in Mechanical Engineering, materials Engineering or Engineering Mechanics from a reputed university, second & third grade is preferred,
2.Relative project experience specializing in Finite Element Analysis,
3.Be familiar with ANSYS or other FEA software, hands on experience with ProE is a plus,
4.Cooperative, self driven and open minded in general,
5.Fluent in English.
