Position:  Internal Communications Intern

Function: Power China

Working Location: Beijing

Job Description: 

•           Support the coordination of publication editorial planning, event planning and execution, supplier management and daily contact.

•           Responsible for preliminary document drafting, translation and maintenance of intranet (when it's available)

•           Set up and maintenance of Communications database

Job Requirements:

•           Strong language proficiency (English and Chinese), good written and verbal communication skills

•           Good at MS Office software manipulation, esp. with WORD and PowerPoint;

•           "Can do" attitude and hands-on manner is must

•           Readiness to support and serve, good team player

•           Relevant experience in event organization would be an advantage

•           Experience working with MNC is a plus
