About Us

OC&C Strategy Consultants is an international management consulting firm established in 1987 with 15 offices in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. Our main areas of operation are group strategy, product and channel strategy, organization and change, strategy transformation, and merger and acquisition support. OC&C covers a wide range of sectors, with particular focus on retail, consumer goods, industry, and private equity.

OC&C Greater China has offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong, but serves clients throughout Asia, including Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan and Korea. Previous clients include a leading hypermarket, a major wine and spirits producer, sports and casual apparel brands, and a world leader in food and nutrition. With professionalism and dedication, we work with these clients to address their most challenging and important strategic questions.
