Intern in IFM Supply Chain Management Team
Job Description of Intern in IFM Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team
The intern is required to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months starting from June 10, 2012. This job is an
opportunity to become acquainted with SCM processes in facilities management and to get professional
exposure in an international real estate services provider.
The job responsibilities include:
1. Follow up with data collection from various sources / feedback requests / open issues
2. Verify data and conduct initial consolidation
3. Analyse data under supervision
4. Organise and manage documents / records / sample deliveries to / from various project sites
5. Maintain / upload documents on the SCM Connect Page
6. Organise trips / meetings etc
7. Ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
1. Excellent MS Office skills (specifically Excel and Powerpoint)
2. Excellent communication skills ( both spoken and written English / Mandarin)
3. Organised and detailed
