Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage BOM input ERP system and make sure the quantity and material match the BOM.
-Coordinate with workshop and buyer to make sure the delivery of parts or components is on the planned schedule.
- Assist to optimize the inventory structure, reduce the out-of-stock and control the dead & slow moving stock to a minimum level, aim to well support sales business.
- Communicate the planning of forecasts with planner.
Qualifications:
- Relevant internship experience in material and ERP experience in multi-national companies. .
- Results driven and self-motivated, have good team spirit.
- Self-motivated and meet expectations and can withstand high pressure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English language ability.
- Good PC skills
