Our Shanghai Office is looking for Consulting Analyst  
Key Requirements:
    Qualified applicants will currently possess a Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters Degree / PhD) in Industrial / Organisational Psychology or Human Resource Management.  
    Consulting Analyst may be new graduate with none or some experience  
    Ability to work in cross-functional teams and with a senior mentor.
    Demonstrated customer services skills and business development flair supporting technical products.
The successful candidate can look forward to: 
    Breath and depth learning, experiences and exposures in the People Management (Assessment, Identification, Development and Engagement) profession as well as managing a business 
    Exposure to world-class researched and validated tools and methodologies 
    Relocation opportunities to Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong
Reporting Relationship
The incumbent reports to the Managing Director,  Greater China  (hereinafter refer to as "Supervisor") 
Frequent Interacts
    The incumbent will work closely with colleagues in all companies and offices of Optimal Consulting Group Pte Ltd (hereinafter refer to as "OCG")

Total Fixed Cash: 
    Depending on experience and qualification.
