Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- l Review and Manage contracts from customers in a timely and accurate manner
- l Follow up open issues related to order processing persistently and effectively
- l Quickly and effectively respond customers' various queries in a professional way
- l Treat customers' claims with high priority and business senses
- l Order & sales tracking as daily work.
- l Learn new process and improve existing process
Qualifications:
- lexperience of commercial or customer service
- l Proactive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues
- l Excellent Excel skill
- l Active and positive attitude and mature personality
- l Good process sense and basic business understanding
- l Good English and Mandarin communication skills
- l Multi-national company working experience will be a plus
