RF Engineer Intern

Shanghai

Position Overview
The RF Engineer will be mainly assist on the design and tune of the antenna and RF front-end subsystem to enable wireless communication and wireless powering module. The design may include but not limited to design antenna with matching circuit and tune the whole system to fulfill the performance requirement. 

Job Functions
- Develop new antenna technology for WPAN.
- Evaluate and select the chipset and RF components for an cost-effective RF front-end for a wireless connectivity system using Zigbee, WiFi, Bluetooth or RFID.
- Evaluate and design a suitable wireless powering method and chipsets for contactless power and data link. 
- Design, plan, and self manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as a member of a small team.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, developing disruptive technologies.
- Highly flexible attitude and ability to shift gears at a moment's notice.
- Willing to face challenges and have great passion for new technologies.

Technical Requirements
- At least 3 days per week and more than 3 months.
- Master or PHD candidate in Electromagnetics and Microwave Technology.
- Proficiency in electromagnetic theory, antennas and microwave technology.
- Be familiar with simulation software like CST Microwave Studio / HFSS, and ADS, etc. Experience in Matlab & Simulink is a plus.
- Good understanding of RF component/circuit design or antenna design.
- Understand the building blocks in wireless communication system.
- Experience on RF circuit layout and debugging.
- Experience on microwave measurement equipments such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, antenna chamber is a plus. 

Business Analyst Intern

Finance Intern

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data for backlog, order, revenue, SG&A, headcount and other expenses;
- Support Global FP&A team on monthly closing, planning and reporting cycle, commercial finance and other business partnership;
- Be responsible for some short-term projects to drive the business growth;
- Communicate with cross functions globally on a daily basis.

Requirements
- Solid accounting knowledge: Accounting/Finance major required, postgraduate student preferred; Accounting/Finance qualification, such as ACCA or CPA is a plus;
- Strong English communication skills: Frequent in both oral and written English; CET 4 required; Other English qualification, such as GRE or English Interpretation preferred;
- Strong analytical skills with international experience or mindset: Experience in college activities or multi-national company preferred;

Product Management Intern

Shanghai

Overview:
This desired headcount is expected to fulfill supporting role in product management team through providing fundamental product information and price quote, product selection guide, competitor cross reference, samples assistance, delivery tracking, basic S&OP activities and etc.

Responsibilities:
- Overall to fulfill a supporting role to global and regional product managers.
- To provide fundamental product information e.g. product drawing, specification, and cross reference and product selection to support selling activities.
- To provide basic pricing quote, sample and delivery assistance to appliance sales teams and distribution sales teams.
- To work with operation team for manufacturing optimization activity executions.
- To work with S&OP team for fundamental sales forecast activities
- To work with Marcom team for sales tool development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master degree of engineering, preferred from mechanics, or electrical or electronic major.
- Self motivated and eager to grow, passionate.
- Good communicator and presenter.
- Fast learner.
- Able to work at least 3~4 days a week.
