Job Title: HR Assistant - Contractor Base
Location: Shanghai, Jing an district
Job Description:
Recruitment Activities
1. Coordinate recruitment activities through communication as well as customer-oriented vision - post advertising, liaise with search firms and coordinate the interview arrangements.
2. Support the talent pool set-up, including information collection & input and the pool maintenance.
3. Help to screen the CV and shortlist the candidates from the public resources. i.e. 51job website.
4. Arrange all the recruiting related agreement signature, fee payments as well as keep filing the documents.
Expats Administration
1. Support to coordinate Expats' relocation to China, including legal permit application and housing lease settlement, family van booking, and temporary living.
2. Support to coordinate New Expat's Orientation and Proforma Expat Employment Contract, and so on.
3. Arrange the monthly house rental payment for all the expats in China and keep filing and tracking.
4. Arrange the tuition payment for all the expats' Children in China and keep filing and tracking.
5. Support in Expats and their family's Work Permit and Residence Permit application & renewal.
6. Support to set up and maintain Expat's Personal Profile in Host Country.
7. File all the payments and reports as well as complete the monthly related report.
8. Support the Expats Repatriation to the home country.
9. Support to cooperate with Finance department about the monthly income's back-payment for the Expats.
Staffing, On-boarding & Termination
1. Prepare the documents for both offer signing and on-boarding.
2. Prepare the New Hire Form for payroll and SAP entry.
3. Support to initiate and follow up the on-boarding process and post the managers in the loop.
4. Coordinate the on-board logistic arrangement. i.e. day one general Orientation coordination and arrangement.
5. Support to set up employee Personal File.
6. Prepare the termination related documentation and other logistics arrangement support.
China JV/Site Routine Support
1. Support the routine work and coordination.
2. Support the consolidation of related reports
HR Team Support
1. Coordinate Local staff medical & kindergarten expense claiming.
2. Coordinate the employees' enrollment and termination for Taiping Group Insurance and AIG Oversea Insurance.
3. Support the employee's Shanghai Residence Permit / Shanghai Hukou application and renewal.
4. Keep the leave records filing and E-leave System maintenance.
5. Update China Employee Information Report.
6. Arrange all the payments and keep filing.
7. Consolidate and support the HR related reports.
8. Other administration and secretary work for HR manager and HR team
Requirements:
College graduate, good command of English, both oral and written
About one year of working experience in related field in multi-national companies
Good team work spirit
Good communication skill, hardworking and willing to help
Good computer skill in MS office application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
