【实习生招聘】国际纸业亚洲区总部招HR Intern
Open Position: HR Intern, IP Asia RHQ(人力资源实习生,国际纸业亚洲区总部,500强美资企业)

工作职责:
· Recruiting: Assist in preparation and administration of recruitment, follow up the recruitment process, coordinate with interview arrangement, support recruitment program.
招聘:协助发布招聘信息、筛选简历、安排面试并跟进招聘进度,为公司的招聘项目提供支持;
· Training: Assist to carry out training plans, support training programs, and follow up the training feedback and evaluation.
培训:协助同事执行培训计划,为培训项目提供支持,并跟进培训项目反馈和评估;
· Filing: Consolidate and update HR files and forms, translate HR related documents if necessary;
· 文档管理:维护、更新HR文件和表格,根据需要翻译HR相关资料;
· Data analysis: Integrate, filter and analyze data to generate customized HR reports;
· 数据分析:对所需数据进行统计、筛选和分析,并协助完成相关报告;
· Admin support: Assist HR related administration work and other assigned tasks.
行政支持:向人力资源团队提供日常行政支持并完成交付的其他工作。
实习期:
· Able to work at least three days per week for six months (including summer holidays).
· 每周至少工作三天,能持续6个月或更长时间(含暑假)。
职位要求:
· Master/Bachelor in Human Resources/Psychology/Law or a related career field;
· 人力资源、心理学、法律等相关专业,全日制在校研究生、本科生;
· Have passion for HR, prior internship experience is preferred;
· 热爱人力资源管理工作,有外企HR实习经验者优先;
· Good command of both oral and written English, able to deal with daily documents;
· 英语听说读写流利,能胜任日常工作的需要;
· Excellent computer skills, strong aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.;
· 熟练的计算机操作技能,尤其是Office办公软件(Word/Excel/PPT等);
· Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and time management.
· 耐心细致,责任心强,有良好的时间管理意识;
· Good team player & coordinator, quick learner and self-motivated.
· 优秀的人际沟通能力和团队合作能力,能快速学习和自我激励。
工作地点:
· 徐汇区淮海中路1010号嘉华中心。
