工作内容:
维护公司投诉处理平台
协助部门经理和工程师处理日常轮胎数据和报告
运用SAP系统,处理本部门的SAP数据
协助技术服务部门处理日常市场咨询和投诉热线
与销售工程师保持良好的沟通,协助处理客户投诉
其他上级交办的事宜
教育:
在校大学生(最好是大三或研三相对时间空闲的学生),实习前会有半个月左右的培训,每周可至少工作三到四天
工作要求:
英语四级及以上,口语和书写能力良好
熟悉Microsoft Office,尤其熟悉excel(熟悉excel公式的运用)
了解或者熟悉sap系统优先
耐心细致,情绪稳定,沟通和学习能力强
有大型跨国企业实习经验者优先考虑
Job Description:
-Input the data of tire complaint information into SAP system
-Help technical service department to deal with Hotline (product inquiry or complaint)
-Help CS manager and engineers to deal with tire information data and report,maintain complaint handling system platform ;
Employment Type:
3 - 4 days per week with immediate availability for college internal student
Education:
- Current undergraduates or master students
Requirements:
- Good English skills(written and spoken ability), CET-4 or above
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office ,especially in excel operation
- Pay attention to details,quick learner,prefer having intern working experience and SAP input experience
Payment: 12/H(Undergraduate),15/H(Postgraduate)
