Prerequisite

Education Background

• Bachelor in Clinical Medicine (MB) and
• Master (MSc) in Global Health/Public Health/Clinical Medicine/Statistics, or
• PhD in Global Health/Public Health/Clinical Medicine/Statistics

Area of research assignment

Global Public Health and Clinical Research in the area of-

• Infectious diseases (including tropical and neglected infectious diseases and emerging infections)
• Non-communicable diseases and disorders

Desired qualifications

Scientists

• MB/PhD with at least 5 years experience in the related field
• Fluent medical and scientific English
• Ability to work without supervision, design and perform independent research projects, publish scientific papers in English, teach in undergraduate all-English Medical program

Associate scientists

• MB/PhD with at least 3 years experience in the related field
• Fluent medical and scientific English
• Ability to work without supervision, design and perform independent research projects, publish scientific papers in English, teach in undergraduate all-English Medical program

Research Associates

• MB/MSc with at least 2 years experience in the related field
• Good medical and scientific English
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, design and perform independent research projects, publish scientific papers in English

Research Associate (Biostatistician)

• MSc or PhD in Biostatistics with at least 2 years of work experience
• Good medical and scientific English
• Ability to work closely with investigators in project design and data analysis, design and perform independent research projects, publish scientific papers in English

Appointment term

• Tenure-track (PhD holders)
• Yearly extendable contract (Master holders)
