The Executive Trainee Program is a yearlong program designed for young graduates who have attained university degrees and are beginning their career at Shanghai Asia Pacific Brewery Co., Ltd. It is a preparatory integration stage, giving successful applicants a tailor-made, all-rounded experience and exposure to different aspects of corporate functions (AP,AR,FA...)
being assigned to a specific position.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
→A University degree from a recognized institute.
→ Fresh graduates with prior full time or part time experience in research, or accounting.
→ Hardworking and willing to work outdoor under flexible schedules.
→ Integrity is essential, ability to work under pressure and with positive mindset.
→Willing to learn and having the drive to deliver the best result.
→ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
→ Skills in handling popular computer software such as MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
