岗位要求：

The Department:

Global Publishing Services (GPS) is a Group utility that specializes in delivering sustainable benefits through transformation of pre-press production, print and digital execution processes.

GPS is offering the services in:

· Content Management Services

· Design Services

· Editorial Services

· Presentation Services

· Technology services

Job Duties:

- Design and maintain the testing process and procedure, ensure the functions of the website/web page are aligned with the requirement of customers and HSBC standard
- Ensure deliveries meet client specifications and quality requirements 99.5 per cent of the time;
- Maintain the error database for generation of reports and ensure accuracy at all times;
- Monitor staff acknowledgements of errors and report irregularities;
- Provide management with timely MI on production quality metrics;
- Ensure a high quality of work by regularly reviewing team output, training and coaching staff on the use of new guidelines and how to meet quality standards, and consistently seeking to achieve zero quality error;
- Enable management to monitor and improve production metrics, bill clients as necessary through the timely submission of productivity reports;
- Design and maintain the testing process, in order to ensure the function of the website and web page is align with the requirement of clients

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate;
- Microsoft Office proficiency essential. HTML, XML, Quark, CSS sound knowledge an asset;
- Experience in computer or information technology is preferred;
- Attention to detail is required;
- Knowledge of proofreading marks;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Structured, systematic working style;
- Able to work as part of a team;
- Positive attitude and keen to learn;
- Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere;
- Flexibility in working different shifts when required;
- Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
