职位描述及应聘要求Primary Responsibilities: Provides technical support to assigned workers to achieve departmental quality, quantity, cost and safety goals. Recommends, initiates, or facilitates measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, changes in working condition and use of equipment so as to increase efficiency, improve quality and reduce waste. Initiates and maintains accurate records and reports of daily production and waste, batch ticket and process inspection data sheets, departmental associate sheets, Work Order. Instructs and facilitates training of associates in the performance of their job in a safe and efficient manner, following prescribed procedures as detailed in the job description, specifications, policies, and hazardous materials communication requirements. 
Qualifications Required: BS Degree in polymer science, chemical engineering or Mechanical engineering; Basic technical knowledge of plastics compounding process and on-line operation experience; Good team work spirit; Hard-working and able to work under pressure; Basic English communication skills in reading and writing; 
Desired: Min. 2 years hands-on working experience in production line;

·根据标准操作规程和安全规范来维持塑料膜涂覆生产线或挤出生产线的日常生产，解决生产过程中的技术问题和工艺问题。 
·安排人员、物料和设备，保证产品生产的顺利进行。 
·协助组长搞好岗位工作，推行5S管理。

工作地点：广州南沙经济技术开发区
