    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Responsible for new physical sensor design, development, integrity analysis/troubleshooting, function and performance validation to meet instrument and customers' requirement.
    2. Improve current products to meet new needs of the marketing.
    3. Develop sensor test methods and test tools.
    4. Write documents including: feasibility report, test report, evaluation report, verification report, application notes, etc.
    5. Communicate with marketing and manufactory group and instrument developing group for launching new sensors into the market at the timely manner.
   
    QUALIFICATIONS
    1. Requires a Master or Ph.D in Solid Physics or Material Science, Electronic, Specialty of Observe and Control Technology and Instrument or relevant subject.
    2. Good knowledge of gas detecting instrument including physics method.
    3. Familiar with optical principle, material science, electronic, math, statistics theory as well as strong firmware skill.
    4. Can handle multiple tasks and priorities to complete the job.
    5. Be skillful at experiment method design and development.
    6. Capability of fast studying new technologies;
    7. Must team player and strong work ethic.
    8. Good English speaking and writing as well as good communication and coordination skill
    9. Firmware or software programming skill are preferred
