Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Help GM with travel schedule including flight tickets and hotel booking, visa applying and arranging meeting schedules with other executives within the company;
2. Set up meetings including internal and external with the department, deal with team property including ordering stationary, office necessities from suppliers, coordinate meeting room utilization;
3. Take on administrative work, including providing support to team members, organizing team building, taking part in budget control and managing office renovation;
4. Collecting and transferring data about price of products and consolidating exception review reports from counterparts in other countries monthly;
5. Do some interpretation and translate contracts and documents for the team or leaders, and other assignment allocated by GM.
Requirements:
1. About 1-year related working experience, with experience in supporting foreigners is preferred;
Or fresh graduates who major in English
2. Good command of spoken and written English,
3. Good organization and communication skill, work in detail with down-to-earth attitude
4. Good PC skill in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and etc.
5. Initiative and co-operate with all level of staff. A team player, flexible and can work independently under pressure
