Since its incorporation in 2002, Siliconfile Technologies Inc. (SFT) has grown into one of the world’s leading CMOS Image Sensor providers. The company is specialized in designing CIS and has already made a successful debut to the CIS market by the mass production of .1.3M & 2.1M CIS using 0.18um technology in 2004. The company also completed the development of 3.1M & 5.0M CIS in 2007. With the advanced technology of smaller pixel pitch CIS designing, SFT now provides the smaller size CIS chips which enable to produce more number of chips in a single wafer. This technology strengthens the cost competitiveness of the CIS and also powers applications design.
