人员共约10名（年薪6—15万）所需要求如下：

Bachelor or postgraduate Degrees – BSME, 3 years plus experience in product design and project engineering. For excellent people, will not limited in work experience. Extensive experience with 3D modeling software, SolidWorks preferred and engineering documentation management.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Power Point.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to speak and read Mandarin and English.

应聘人员需拥有本科或研究生学位：机械工程相关专业需拥有产品设计和工程项目3年以上相关经验。对于优秀的人，可不对工作经验进行限制。 计算机相关专业需熟练操作3D建模软件（首选SolidWorks），并在工程文档管理上拥有丰富的经验，熟练使用Microsoft Office套件，包括Word，Excel和Power Point。以上人员需拥有优秀的口头和书面沟通技巧，熟练掌握普通话及英语。

Understands robust prototyping principles with regards to fabrication, model shop capabilities, PM, SLS, soft tooling etc.  Work with minimal supervision to devise and construct prototypes to prove out designs, plan and execute engineering related qualification tests, as well as work with engineering, packaging, marketing, and resident/productivity teams to coordinate implementation of these changes.

CORE China

CORE China, located in beautiful chengdu, China, seeks an industrial / mechanical design engineer with experience in electromechanical machine design and production to lead new product development engineering for our GasLess™ Initiative to displace combustion powered lawn and garden power tools with professional grade CORE motor powered equipment.  The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience with durable consumer product design, machinery design, metal and plastic parts fabrication, and SolidWorks modeling software.

As a senior engineer, you will lead projects for innovative new product development to achieve product functionality, performance and costs, specify components for reliability and ease of acquisition, design components and their manufacturing processes as required, oversee procurement and design verification of dies and molds, maintain project schedule and manage other engineers, consultants and suppliers, construct and communicate engineering change, specifications and BOMs.  Develop patentable technologies.  Participate in team meetings, seek out, visit and establish relationships with suppliers.  Lead and direct the engineering activities of outside providers.  Support enhancements and manufacturing of existing products and Create 3D model geometry for complex components and subassemblies.

Perform assembly tolerance stack-ups, assembly press-fits, and other design calculations as needed.  Design, develop, schedule, document and release product and material specifications for new and existing products.  Construct and communicate engineering changes, bills of material  and specifications.  Proactively anticipate and seek out innovation, quality and process improvement and cost reduction opportunities for new and existing products.
