大数据分析是我们项目招聘的职位。 背景是这样的，Aster Data的主要产品和Greenplum 非常类似， 特点是SQL+mapreduce. AsterData 在中国成立了研发项目组， 其中一个方向是在map/reduce平台做大数据分析。 我们这个项目现在有两个职位，高级开发工程师(Position 1)和测试工程师(Position 2)。 开发主要要求有大数据分析如文本分析， 数据挖掘和机器学习算法背景和Java编程经验。 测试主要要求有大型系统测试经验，数据库背景或者数据分析背景。

Position 1: Advanced Analytics Developer   
  
Job Description
We are looking for a senior developer to join our analytics team for big dataanalysis research and development.
Specific duties include:
·       Design and develop text analysis, datamining technologies and products in distributed environment.
·       Investigate the new technology trend inbig data analysis.
·       Write documentation to accuratelydescribe feature specifications and designs.
·       Implement high-quality code according todesign documents.
·       Produce test cases, execute unit tests,and perform general system Integration testing.
Requirements (Must Have)
·       Experience in natural languageprocessing, Machine Learning, Statistical Analyses and Data mining.
·       3+ years of software developmentexperience in Java/C/C++ is a must.
·       Master Degree or above in ComputerScience or related fields.
·       Strong teamwork orientation.   
·       Ability to grasp new technologiesquickly; ability to think outside of the box.
·       Good written and oral communicationskills.
·       Fluent oral English.
Requirements (Nice to Have)
·       Experience in distributed computation isa great plus.
·       Familiar with Map/Reduce is a greatplus.   
·       Experience in database kernel is a plus

Position 2: Big data analytics Test Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a big data analytics test engineer to join our team forTeradata Aster Data product quality assurance.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:
·       Design and develop test framework, testplan and test cases for Aster Data SQL Map/Reduce and advanced analyticsfunctions platform.
·       Implement and execute functional, stressand performance test cases.
·       Investigate, identify and analyzefunctional or performance issues.
·       Develop automation test scripts forfeatures which manage, distribute and monitor computation across largeclusters.
·       Develop and improve performance testframework.
·       Interact with developer and Asterpartners in feature design and simulate customer scenarios which help validatethe product.

Requirements (Must Have)
·       2+ years' development or testingexperience in database kernel and SQL.
·       1+ years' research or developmentexperience in natural language processing, machine learning, statisticalanalyses or data mining.
·       2+ years' development experience inprogramming language C++/Java or scripting language Python/Perl/Shelldevelopment.
·       Motivated self-starter, with a highcapacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to details.
·       Good interpersonal, written and oralcommunication English skills.
·       BS degree or above in computer science,computer engineering or related fields.

Requirements (Nice to Have)
·       Familiar with database kernel componentsis a big plus.
·       Familiar with Map/Reduce and experiencein distributed computation is a big plus.
·       Familiarity with SQL standard is a plus.
