Position 1: HR Assistant-Intern
Work location: Beijing
HC: 1
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Incumbent will have primary responsibilities in specific HR functional areas and will have to provide HR support and services to all employees in the most professional and effective manner, new employee registration processing, personnel file maintenance, etc
2. To support training arrangement , such as set up training venue, prepare training materials and so on
3. To update the HR database and other HR report
4. To follow up Beijing work and residence certification renew
5. To make fulltime staff, contractor staff contract renew and probation confirmation
6. To arrange interview for line managers
7. To collection medical reimbursement and submit to Fesco
JOB COMPETENCIES
1. Good communications in the English language (spoken, written, reading and listening).
2. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
3. Good planning, organization and propriety skills.
4. Able to operate computers, especially MS Word and Excel applications, well.
5. Able to be circumspection
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Pursuing master degree students, career path is focus on Human Resources Management development
