1. Tasks & Responsibilities
Description of the main principle tasks & responsibilities in the dimensions of operational, financial, process & tools, and people related
• Perform commissioning according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
• Commissioning is performed in a safe and timely manner.
• Prepare commissioning documentation, include ITPL, Test certificate, commissioning record and commissioning report.
• Facilitate the turnover of systems from erection to commissioning and from commissioning to the customer in accordance with current procedure/work instruction.
• Keep a diary to record daily work, occurrences, problems, special information, etc. plus a list of pending items.
• Maintain logbooks to record commissioning and operational events as specified in the work instructions.
• Advise the Commissioning Manager of any information that could influence the commissioning time schedule and/or the commissioning staff planning.
• Train the customer staff in operation and maintenance as instructed by the Commissioning Manager.
• Provide a Field Service Report to the Commissioning Manager after assignment completion.
• Provide technical experience feedback to project engineering departments
• To strive for continuous product improvements and cost reduction.
• Other jobs nominated by Commissioning Manager.6.QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
•Education
University degree or equivalent or better (bachelor / master).
Degree in Thermal Engineering and Power Machinery（热能工程与动力机械) , Environment Engineering(环境工程).
