Responsibilities: 岗位职责 1. Per CEO's requirement, to provide assistant on CEO's daily work, to ensure all actions must be consistent with CEO's direction; 根据CEO的要求,为CEO的日常工作提供协助,并确保所有行为与CEO保持一致; 2. Highly clearly understand CEO's work agenda and time schedule to ensure CEO's time table is under scheduled and well controlled; 熟悉CEO的行程安排及工作时间计划,确保CEO日常工作依照计划进行; 3. Handle documentation / paperwork includes document preparation, copy, fax, printing, file filing and etc according to CEO's supervision and operation needs; 根据CEO的要求,完成文件准备、复印、传真、打印、文件整理归档等文档工作; 4. Organize and implement internal and external meetings including manager meeting, supplier meeting, EMS meeting and etc, and take meeting minutes; 组织及执行会议安排,包括经理会议、供应商会议、EMS会议等; 5. Assist CEO on business trip arrangement, air ticket booking, hotel reservation and handle agenda changed via the business trip if any; 协助CEO完成出差计划、机票预定、酒店预定,并处理出差过程中可能出现的行程改变情况; 6. Internal information or message from CEO delivery when necessary per CEO's order; 根据CEO的要求,进行内部信息传达; 7. Other tasks assigned by CEO. CEO安排的其他工作。 Profile 任职条件 - Be available for full-time daily job; 可进行正常全日制工作; 本科学历或以上; - Major at French, English or Human Resources management, administration management and etc; 法语、英语、人力资源管理或行政管理专业毕业; - Quick learner, curious, strong logic, positive work attitude, able to work under pressure; 学习能力强,求知欲强,逻辑性强,工作态度积极,能承受工作压力; - Good communication skills and willing to work with people, team-work; 良好的沟通能力,注重团队合作; - Excellent computer skill. 熟悉电脑操作。 |
