Job Title: Branch Security Assistant Tangshan branch
GCB:   Band 8
Location: 唐山

为分行安全管理助理，由总行的安保及反欺诈部门领导，配合分行副行长处理分行日常安全保卫、信息安全、业务持续性管理及反欺诈方面的相关安全事务。
Job Duties:
l        Assist to manage physical security matters relating to Tangshan Branch. Physical security matters mainly cover, but not limited to, setup and maintenance of security equipment and management of the guarding and cash-in-transit services.
l        Implement tactical security solutions devised and as guided by the Headquarters office in ShanghaiSupport relationship management with key stakeholders pertinent to Tangshan Branch - internally with customer groups/product groups/function groups and externally with regulators and contractors.
l        Support to ensure security risks are appropriately mitigated and on-goingly managed.
l        Support the branch network expansion project in Tangshan by supervising and monitoring the implementation of compliant security measures within agreed time-frames.
l        As guided and support by branch management and CNQ SFR, support Tangshan Branch to manage other SFR matters such as BCM tasks, information risk matters, and fraud matters as arising.
l        As guided and support by branch management and CNQ SFR, assist to manage any arising security incidents that impact on any part of the branch business in a timely manner to contain damage and impact.
l        Keep abreast of relevant local risks and threats. Assist to manage the risks and threats as appropriate in conjunction with management.
l        Supervise and monitor security matters and tasks to ensure compliance of the security operation, and timely act to facilitate regulatory inspections as required by local regulators.
l        Assist to conduct reviews of security risks as required by regulators or management, and support Group
l        Audit and/or Internal Audit to conduct security risk audits as arising.
l        Support branch management and CNQ SFR in completing other SFR related tasks and projects as required.
l        Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring

Job Requirements:
l        Bachelor or above (recognized by the state);
l        Demonstrable relevant working experience an advantage;
l        Certified security professional accreditation an advantage;
l        Capable of taking initiative and working independently to complete assigned tasks;
l        Capable of managing security costs for branch;
l        Reasonably competent in English, reading and written;
l        Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure;
l        Good relationship management and communication skills and be capable of developing rapport with internal and external stakeholders (Gong An and regulators);
l        Possessing a strong compliance mind-set.
