Job Responsibility:
- Be responsible for planning and organizing events/meetings, as well as operational, implementation and post-meeting activities;
- Coordinate VP's agenda and schedule calendars and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach;
- Receive and coordinate visitors, as well the colleagues from aboard such as invitation letters, hotel booking, schedule arrangement, reception;
- Able to access to VP's email and assist the VP to deal with emails which including the communications with overseas and correspond with international offices;
- Coordinating and scheduling each of the department helping with the event;
- Collect, consolidate and analyze information from the departments to draft weekly, monthly and quarterly reports assigned by VP;
- Organize all kinds of events and outings for team-building and annual party etc;
Perform other jobs allocated by the VP timely and accurately.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation with bachelor or above and major in English;
- Fluent English in oral and written with CET-6 or higher certificate,TEM-8 is preferred;
- Around 1-year experience as an assistant or a secretary; with experience in supporting foreigners is preferred;
- Able to burden high pressure and take heavy workload;
- Proficient in MS Office(Word、Excel、Powerpoint);
- Good sense of service with approachability.
- Able to deal with problems and potential crises
