Description:
The international Trainee Program has duration of 18 months and contains the following assignments:

3 months Shared Service Center
1 month Production Site
5 months Business Partner Organization
5 months international assignment (Germany)
4 months Center of Expertise

The program was designed to develop high potential candidates in the field of Human Resources and to prepare them for future tasks in the Business Partner Organization, in the Center of Expertise or in the Shared Service Center.

Main tasks:
Get familiar with the HR model, the different roles and interfaces
Supporting daily business (e.g. Recruiting)
Supporting the Business Partner in the daily business
Preparation and participation in personal conferences
Collaboration and support in different processes, e.g.
- Performance Management
- Short Term Incentive / Merit
- Promotion
- Personnel Development (Moderation of meetings, Supporting 360°-Feedback, Wrap-up 360, attendance OC, Development Dialogue)
Collaboration on Process Design and Roll-out of new  Processes in the Center of Expertise
Work experience in a production site
 

Qualifications:

• Excellent university or polytechnic degree in the area of economics, social science or law with preferably a major in Human Resources
• Previous HR experience desirable, e.g. through internships
• Enternational experience (either through work or study)
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment and flexibility
• Working independently
• Result orientation
