Location: Shanghai(浦东陆家嘴)
Position 1 :社会和环境责任实习生(SER Intern)
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Data analysis (SER, Service Providers management, supplier/factory data collection and correction, business team SER performance analysis etc.);
- Assistant to push individual SER case (phone factory, arrange training, collect directly from supplier/factory SER information etc.)
- Support the leader when he is out of office
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1).English CET 6;
2).Good at logic;
3).Good microsoft Excel skill;
4).Detail and patient, quick learner, especially Excel skill;
Position 2 :信息技术实习生(IT Intern)
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist IT teams to,
1. Test new clients' systems;
2. Install new computers;
3. Migrate clients' data and settings;
4. Clean up old computers;
5. Daily troubleshoot for normal cases.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. At least 3 days a week, 5 days per week is preferred;
2. Familiar with IT and computer related issues.
