工作职责：
辅助和协助顾问一起完成招聘以及访寻任务
列出目标公司，并进行人才访寻及电话面试
通过与候选人接触搜集潜在客户资源
搜集并筛选简历
跟踪和落实所有执行流程
完成指定业绩指标
保持行业情况和信息的更新度

工作要求：
大三或者应届生
良好的沟通和表达能力
勤奋努力，刻苦好学，结果导向
自信，开朗并严于律己
拥有基本的电脑office软件操作能力
