Freeborders Junior Training Specialist

Responsibilities :
1、 Coordinates and provides support on the corporate training programs , policies, procedures and activities organized by the department
2、 Communicates with staff on the training needs survey and analysis to identify the training requirement of teams
3、 Assesses the effectiveness of delivered training programs and determine what additional training might be necessary in the future.
4、Manage data, maintain records and prepares reports for management
5、 Cooperates with the external training vendors and selects the appropriate training programs needed by the organization
6、 Performs a variety of tasks.

Requirements for this position:
1、 Bachelor's Degree- English Major, Passed CET 6 or TEM 8
2、 0-1 year experience in HR related area;
3、 Excellent written and oral English communication skills, Effective interpersonal skills
4、 Good team work spirit and fast learner;
5、 Good attitude with patience, can work under pressure
6、 Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in excel, power point and word.
7、Nice to have the experience of trainer or trained presentation skill
