Tittle: HR Intern (Shanghai)
Job Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibility:
This position will be a member of the Greater China Human Resource team. He/She will work on high-impact growth initiatives and projects, e.g., site HR program support, annual salary survey, Tell Dell analysis, year-end performance review support and etc.
He/She will receive unparalleled on-job coaching from and obtain professional exposure. After gaining sufficient experience at this position, a natural progression will be either a full-time position in the same team.
Education qualification/requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (4th year graduate or 2nd year post-graduate)
2. Master user of Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Working under pressure and independently
5. Flexible and adaptable and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
6. Able to work for three days per week
7. Proficient in both oral and written English
