We are First Point Group, a young and successful international recruitment company offering freelance telecoms engineers to our global client base of blue-chip clients. Due to our sales growth and opening of global offices in Dubai, Mexico City, Dallas, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Madrid and Shen Zhen, we are now looking for bright, hardworking upbeat individuals to join our new China sales team.

So what is the Job?
As an Account Executive you won't find yourself in the boardroom every day, but we will challenge you and give you the best opportunity to showcase your skills. You will learn how to analyse an established database, search for new talent using a range methods and become an expert in social media in order to find the best and most suitable candidates for our high profile global clients. You will understand your candidates skills, technical ability and motivation through thorough qualification, and use your sales and communication techniques and language skills to sell your candidate to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be working with our team in the Futian CBD of Shen Zhen, where you will be based in our new offices.
The role will suit someone who is keen to break into recruitment, or perhaps someone currently working in a sales capacity, perhaps call centre or with sales experience. The opportunity would suit someone with some recruitment experience who is keen to kick on with their careers.
You will need to be organised, reactive, diligent, focused and determined.  We look for genuinely positive people.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Key Performance Indicators

1.    Achieving an minimum of 2 hours per day on outbound calls negotiating with prospective candidates
2.    Attaching a minimum of 2 candidates per day
3.    Achieving 2 interviews per week
4.    Making 1 placement per week (after probation period)

Account Executive Tasks

1.    To speak with and qualify candidates for open positions. Candidates
should be qualified in the following areas:

A)        Availability:
Candidates should be able to start position in timeframe required by a client. A date should be agreed when candidate will finish from current role or length of notice period that is required.

B)        Visa Requirement:
Candidate should already have or be able to obtain the correct visa required in the time frame required. Nationality and cultural differences should be assessed when qualifying a candidate.

C)        Technical:
Candidates should be technically competent and experienced in the area that is required. Level of experience should be understood and the number of years working experience should be clarified and confirmed from potential candidates.

D)        Verbal and Email Commitment:
A verbal commitment should be obtained from candidate that they wish to be put forward for the position. This should be followed up by an email from the candidate confirming that First Point will be representing the candidate for the agreed position.

E)        Rates and Conditions:
Candidates should be fully qualified for the contract conditions and rates of pay. As far as these have been provided or estimated for at the open role.
Tax deductions should be discussed as well as the overall retention expected for the candidate.

         F)         Work references:
Obtain work references that can be checked by client and First Point to check suitability. If candidate has previously contracted, this is a must.

2.    To work with First Point Account Managers assisting the company through the recruitment process with candidates. From, candidate search, qualification, referencing, registration, interview, rejection, offer, contract issuing, visas, travel arrangements, regular contact.

3.      To give sales leads of potential projects where clients may have needs.
These sales leads will be found through talking to candidates and finding out where current projects are happening.

4.      Work cover while other Account Executives are away. Your manager will tell you what will be required and when.

5.      To obtain referrals of new candidates to register with First Point.

6.    To keep an updated record in the competence area assigned of high skilled candidates that can be placed in the future.

7.    To give a professional and ethical approach to all clients, candidates and work colleagues. Remembering at all times that you are representing First Point Group.
