Note: This is not a summer internship. We need someone who can start working now or late August and continue well into the next semester.

工作内容:

 

 

 

 为人事部提供日常行政工作支持,包括但不限于:文档整理、传真、影印、报销单据整理、会议室布置、数据整合等

  • 为人事部的校园招聘项目提供支持,包括但不限于:尽职调查、市场信息搜集、项目推广、宣传材料设计等
  • 为校园宣讲活动提供现场支持,与供应商协调会场多媒体设置及事前的活动通告、确保信息准确无误
  • 为员工沟通、康乐活动等项目提供支持,比如网站设计、内部信息平面设计等
  • 跟进人事项目的执行并收集员工反馈
  • 完成主管要求的其他任务


对应聘者的要求:

  • 在沪高校大二或者大三学生,或大四保研者;研一、研二学生(三年学制)亦可
  • 对人力资源工作有兴趣,专业不限
  • 每周至少能出勤三天以上(含三天),可以半天为单位计算
  • 能熟练使用英语撰写邮件或报告
  • 能熟练使用微软办公软件,包括Publisher;有宏编程经验、会使用Photoshop、Illustrator等平面设计软件者优先考虑
  • 聪明高效、有创造力、性格开朗、细心、做事井井有条、有良好的沟通技巧和足够的自我激励

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical tasks for the HR department, including but not limited to maintaining files, faxing, copying, preparing expense claim forms, data sourcing and consolidating
  • Support the HR department in campus recruitment program
  • Support the HR department on internal communication projects or events, such as internal website or staff circulars
  • Follow-up on the implementation/execution of HR projects and collect feedbacks
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Incumbent Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Sophomore or junior university students, with an aspiration in the human resources function
  • A native speaker of Chinese with proficiency in English
  • Minimum work days per week: 3 days
  • A skillful user of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft publisher. The ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphics designing software would be a plus
  • Smart, efficient, resourceful, open-minded, well-organized, detail-oriented, with enough self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
