微软亚太研发集团招聘HR实习生，地点在中关村丹棱街离人大非常近，薪资待遇丰厚。具体JD如下：

Responsibility: 
- Proactively post job openings to internal and external job boards and close openings once hiring process is complete 
- Update recruiting activities in real-time on the MS staffing applicant tracking system and manage data integrity where applicable 
- Update staffing tracker on a timely manner to ensure data accuracy 
- Support Staffing Consultants from an admin perspective with any hiring projects such as hiring days, website maintenance 
- Partner with other Staffing Associates to ensure best practice sharing, process improvements and consistency in approach 

Requirements: 
- Bachelor degree or above. 
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills. Capable of making both internal and external coordination. 
- Good PC skills, including Excel. 
- Good English speaking, reading and writing skills. 
- Personality: Ownership Taking responsibility Structural & logical thinking Detail and process oriented Self-motivated and a good team player. 
- Intern period: Full time, at least half a year.
