时间要求：每周至少工作4天，并且能连续工作6个月或以上。（时间要求为硬性要求，如无法满足请绕行）。 

Descriptions: 
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment Manager, HR, Ericsson China. 
The main interfaces are: Ericsson candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, offer officers, HR Business Partners, and external vendors. 

Main responsibilities: 
1.Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, HR Business Partners (BP), and other interviewers 
2.Arrange different tests for candidates 
3.Maintain Interview Recording System 
4.Perform candidates CVs collecting and screening 
5.Job posting internally and externally 
6.Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance 
7.Assist offer officers 
8.Participate in recruitment related project as an assistant 

Qualifications： 
1.Bachelor degree or above from top university, no major requirement 
2.Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills 
3.Open-minded, smart, fast learning 
4.Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated 
5.Able to work under high pressure 
6.Good command of English and Mandarin 
7.Excellent communication skills 

待遇：每天常规工作时间为8小时，提供有市场竞争力的薪酬待遇。若有加班，按照国家有关规定支付加班费。 
实习地点：朝阳区望京利泽东街5号爱立信大厦，或朝阳区酒仙桥路十四号兆维工业园区。（每天上下班有班车接送，在人大东门、地铁芍药居站、国贸、东直门、立水桥均有站）
