职位：LDR Intern

要求：

1.广东话 标准/熟练。 （原因是面对HK客户）  *必要条件

2.正常上班时间，周一~五，早9晚六，6~9个月。*必要条件

3.英语四级，读写熟练，偶尔需口语。

4.最好是计算机、软件相关专业。

5.对IBM软件有一定的了解。

6.男女皆可。

Job description

In this sales role, you will execute outbound calling campaigns to uncover inte
rest in IBM Offerings and generate qualified sales leads in response to marketi
ng initiatives that include hardware, software and services solutions. Your eff
orts will mostly target small and medium businesses in Hong Kong. You will be c
alling contacts to discuss their business environment, identify their IT needs,
 determine the most appropriate IBM solution, and engaging an appropriate IBM s
ales channel to own and close.

Skills and Qualifications required for this role:

- Bilingual (English/Cantonese) is a strong asset

- Relevant sales experience and technical aptitude

- Basic understanding of the depth and breadth of IBM's portfolio

- Ability to understand technology and communicate its business value

- Ability to engage new/competitive clients in value-add business conversations

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients at al
l levels of the organization

- Ability to actively listen and determine needs

- Understanding of industry trends and challenges

- Effective telephone etiquette

- Highly driven, self motivated individual who shows perseverance

- Ability to overcome objections to achieve sales targets
