Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai (shuttle bus provided)
TE Connectivity Shanghai office招一位2012年毕业的应届生,工作地点在漕河泾开发区,主要做IT Helpdesk支持工作。

Overview
Support end-user, maintain and purchase hardware, implement related projects with the objective of improving company operation effectiveness and efficiency and reducing operation risk and cost within TE strategy and TE system compliance requirements. Convince internal user or employee to accept new processes and functions which may cause big changes
Software
1. Audit softwares in order to ensure users comply with Co A standards; Remove non-Co A programs from user computers
2. Periodically check and monitor anti-virus updates; Clean infected computers of viruses and report to IT manager.
3. Conduct software upgrades on an basis based on specific user requirements,
4. Conduct new software testing to ensure it complies with existing system
Hardware & Network
1. Hardware Conduct installation, maintenance and upgrading of hardware (including, PC, workstation, printers)
2. Purchase order with Dell & Contact Vendors. Payment form with invoices
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
- 2012 university graduate
- Major in computer science, communication technology preferred
- Good oral and written English
