Job Description:
1. General office administration for Energy sector E&T D department's sales team.
2. General expense claim and travel expense claim for the staff.
3. Office facility purchase.
4. Support other business activities.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in both written and oral.
2. Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
3. Good computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
4. Flexible working time, can work for 3 to 5 complete working days per week,
Saturday & Sunday NOT included.
5. Internship of six months is a must.
6. Third year undergraduate students and first year postgraduates are preferab
le.
Notes:
1. Female only. (To balance male/female ratio since nearly all staff in this d
epartment are male.)
2. Make sure you can satisfy Job Requirement 4 & 5.
3. Make sure you are at-school student.
4. Make sure you will stay in Guangzhou and can work during summer vacation.
5. Working hours: 8:30am~17:30pm from Mon. to Fri.
