职位概述 Job Description

1. 协助跟进集团人力资源项目在OU执行情况的内部联络及沟通工作
Assist to follow up the internal communication with 10 OU on Group HR Project Implementation.
2. 处理文件书信、通告、培训资料及其他必要报告的中英文互译工作
Assist in Chinese/English translation of documents, letters, announcement, training materials and other necessary report.
3. 对集团人力资源项目的开展和推进提供必要的支持，例如海报、折页设计，奖品设计，其他宣传资料的设计等
Provide necessary assistance for developing Group HR Project, such as poster and leaflet design, award gift design, other propaganda materials design, etc.
4. 本岗位实习生希望能每周工作3-4天，经同意可有适当的灵活性。实习期间希望稳定，并至少不少于6个月。
The candidate is generally expected to work 3-4 days per week with some flexibility agreed by Corporate and stably stay at the position for no less than 6 months.

资历要求 Qualification Required

1. Knowledge & Personal Competency Requirements: 教育及所需素质能力
2. Under-graduated or post-graduated 在校大学本科生或者硕士生
3. Independent working ability. 独立工作能力；
4. Quick learner 学习能力强；
5. Strong Communication skill and good teamwork player.良好的沟通能力以及团队合作者；
6. Good command of computer(Excel, PPT) 熟练运用电脑（Excel, PPT）

Language Requirements: 语言能力
Excellent oral and written English. 出色的英语沟通能力（口语/书写）
