BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ASSISTANT
Position: Business Development Manager/Assistant - Asia and Pacific.
Division/Department: Chinese office/Business development department.
Location: Beijing, China.
Duration: minimum 3 months for Internship. Then successful candidate will get Business Development Manager position.

[B]Job description: [/B]
-Support Regional Sales Managers in their daily sales activities. 
-Monitor StarForce's price positioning vs. competitors on monthly basis, and request price positioning changes if required. 
-Work with the Marketing Communication team in Moscow, Russia to develop all required marketing material, such as brochures, POS, Web and PR as well as contribute to the preparation of fairs and exhibitions. 
-Gather information and sales analysis from Asian and Pacific markets; provide timely and effective reporting to management. 
-Develop & maintain an understanding of market, channel trends and technology development within Asia and Pacific, through close relationship with the Regional Sales Managers, market research department and customer visits. Draw conclusions regarding market trends. 
-Communicate with current customers and get feedback about service.

[B]Requirements: [/B]
-Bachelor / Master Degree in Business of Foreign or lead Chinese Universities.
-Fluent English and Chinese are required and Russian is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Experience in Business Development is a plus.
-Detail oriented, and ability to organize, coordinate and to prioritize tasks.
-Ability to work across multiple tasks and organizational boundaries to generate results and progress.
-Excellent MS Office skills.
