This is an opportunity to work with an international executive search firm which strives for excellence. We help our clients to identify senior management executives to fulfill their needs and grow their business. As part of our expansion, we are now seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join us as part of the elite team.

 

This incumbent will report to Division Manager.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

§         Work with consultants to provide recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients including top- tier investment banks and prestigious MNC companies

§         Work on diversified senior assignments and gather market intelligence in various industries by extensive search and performing market-mapping and sourcing suitable candidates

§         Conduct telephone interviews and managing our extensive database

§         Excellent training and overseas working opportunities will be provided to candidates of high caliber

 

 

Requirements:

 

§         Degree holder in any disciplines

§         At least 1 year working experience, preferably from recruitment or sales industry

§         Previous experience in cold-calling, executive search, or telemarketing is advantageous

§         A good team player, self-motivated, resourceful, analytical and able to work under tight deadline

§         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
