Qualifications include:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, technology, or related function
• Strong interest and passion for manufacturing operations
• Desire to lead others through teams and supervision
• Effective communications, including verbal and written English skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; Demonstrated teamwork
• Willingness and ability to relocate during and after the program
• College graduates within 1-years of most recent graduation date; Minimum university Average Score: 80 on a 100 scale (or) Grade Point Average: 2.8 on a 4.0 scale
