       某世界排名前十的外资银行于广东省各二三线城市开设分支机构,现招聘银行正式编制员工:Teller(柜员)、RA(Reporting Assistant,报表处理员)、MA(Maintenance Assistant,账户维护助理)、CSR(Customer Service Representative,客户服务代表)

                 佛山、珠海:CSR

基本要求:
1.本科以上学历,金融、财会、英语等相关专业,重本优先考虑;
2.英语六级,500+优先考虑;
3.可接受2012应届生申请,有相关银行工作经验或实习经验者优先考虑;

Maintenance Assistant:
Job Duties:
1.To file the department related documents in a systematic order
2.To assist the executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works
3.To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and the document transfer between RBWM and other departments, send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order.
4.To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers' satisfaction
5.To prepare the buy-smart order for RBWM take charge of what received and deliver to related person.
6.To handle ITT for counter
7.To prepare daily and monthly reports for supervisor's checking, and forward to FCD, AOC or SAFE
8.To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Customer Relationship Officer or Manager to support sales and promotion strategies. To be able to sell independently promoted products to valuable customers under specific.

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree (recognized by the state) holder.
2.General understanding of BKG Operations and retail products.
3.Understanding of local rules and regulations.
4.Good communication skills with internal/external customers
5.Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
6.Acceptable verbal and writing English.

Reporting Assistant:
Job Duties:
1.Prepare various returns within time frame (daily, quarterly, monthly, quarterly) in accordance with regulatory requirements; 2.Liaise with relevant parties to ensure accuracy of the returns;
3.Interact with affected departments at branch level to conduct data refine and clean-up required by local regulator and internal procedure;
4.Back up other Ops position when necessary.
5.Support to other sub-branch's reporting tasks if required.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder;
2.Good command of both written and verbal English;
3.Logical thinking and strong reasoning skills;
4. Good communication skills;
5.Understanding of local rules and regulations.

Teller

Job Duties:
1.To perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and to offer a high standard of courteous and professional service to customers;
2.To establish and keep good relationship with valuable customers by providing one-stop counter services;
3.To have a strong sales sense and skills to cross-sell and proactively refer potential customers to Personal Relationship Officer/Personal Relationship Manager to support sales and promotion strategies. To be able to introduce independently promoted products to valuable customers;
4.To report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service;
5.Be familiar with local rules and regulation and internal guidelines and always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior;
  
Job Requirements:
1.Good knowledge on Personal Financial Services operations and products;
2.Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline;
3.Strong sense of responsibility;
4.Good communication skill;
5.Good sales sense and selling skills;
6.Presentable.

CSR-Customer Service Representative
Job Duties:
1.To identify potential high value customers with large deposits for referral to Personal Relationship Officer (PRO);
2.To deliver high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction, establish good relationship with existing and walk-in customers, evaluate customers' needs & cross-sell appropriate products.
3.To maintain service enhancement in ensuring the professional environment of the bank hall and handling difficult situations to customers‘ satisfaction.
4.To complete the data entry and the processing of documents on new business intakes received during branch opening hours.
5.To answer customers'enquiries and introduce relevant local rules and regulations. 6.To collect market intelligence & report customer feedback, usage, receptiveness, etc.

Job Requirements:
1.BA degree or above.
2.Accountability and reliability with good communication skills;
3.Good understanding of Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) products and service;
4.Good sense of customer service as well as responsibility ;
5.Be familiar with the Bank‘s various products and services;
6.Proficiency in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese.
