招聘职位：定量分析师/商业分析师

工作描述:

在Essex，分析师是一个多面手的角色。不仅仅对于数据要有很强的分析能力，敏锐的洞察
力，同时更重要的是分析数据背后的商业潜力和商业价值，帮助项目组，和客户认识到如
果利用其已有资源和信息，完成从管理到运营的全面改善，已达到短期内获得效益的目的

定量分析师负责给客户实际问题提供定量分析方案，基于海量数据挖掘和消费者行为模型
模拟优化客户业务。商业分析师对目标行业，市场进行研究，深入了解客户的实际业务和
需求并提供标杆研究，和定量分析师紧密合作在实际业务需求和定量解决方案之间寻求最
佳结合点。定量分析师和商业分析师将参与到项目的整个周期，包括从项目方案设计，规
划，执行，到实施的所有环节。

Position:  Quantitative Specialist/ Business Analyst
Job Description:
Quantitative Specialists (QS) and Business Analysts (BA) work in an internatio
nal environment. They conduct in-depth and hypothesis-driven approaches to enh
ance profit for Fortune 500 companies. They are responsible for structuring an
alytics plans, building hypotheses, conducting intensive financial and statist
ics models and providing tangible solutions. In accordance with our team based
approach on project delivery, both QSs and BAs are involved in the entire pro
ject life-cycle from project proposal, planning and execution to delivery and
implementation. For campus hires we will determine QS or BA designation six mo
nths into the role with Essex.
Requirements:
 Students with top academic performance from top universities, or expe
rienced candidates with significant experience in consulting or analytics firm

 Strong analytical ability and logical thinking
 Energetic, very eager and capable to learn fast
 Willingness to travel (we have client locations in multiple cities)
 High level of integrity and responsibility towards work
