岗位要求：

岗位：采购部实习生

实习应聘要求：
无限制，金融、银行、经济专业优先，英文良好，非2013应届毕业生，每周至少可安排3天以上上班，可实习半年（时间为：2012-9 ~ 2013-2）, 不能保证半年实习时间的请勿投。

有实习补贴。此职位不能转正，请慎重投递。

Job Duties:

1. To verify the need of end-user and prepare purchase enquiry/draft tender for the requested goods/services;
2. To recommend standard products (as Buysmart Catalogue items) and source non-standard purchase items and obtain quotations for end-users, if required;
3. To ensure the quality of goods and arrange timely delivery, to contact suppliers regarding any discrepancies;
4. To assist identify, interview and recommend new potential supplier;
5. To assist the preparation of monthly reports and ad hoc reports for the department;

Requirement:

1. University degree
2. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with a flair for problem solving and willing to take up responsibility
3. Good command of spoken and written English and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially excel and word.
