各位同学： 
大家好！因为之前的intern要离职了，现Open出1个实习生职位，很着急的说。。。具体要求如下。想获得名企实习经验，提高自身专业素质的同按以下联系方式投递简历，谢谢！需要注意的是本职位需要保证每周至少四天，持续3个月以上的实习时间，不能满足该时间要求的同学请绕行。

Position: Operation Assistant
Location: Beijing                            
Roles & Responsibilities 
1.    Follow company policy and work process to ensure daily administrative works run in a smooth way.
2.    Place purchase orders in iShop and HR OA system for employees in Operations, and prepare payment documents accordingly.
3.    Meeting and training arrangement for department meetings, all hands meeting and meetings with customers and partners.
4.    Website maintain on SeConnect 

Qualification :
1.    Colleague degree or above
2.    Stability on working time , at least 4 days per week , possible to work over 6 month 
3.    Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
4.    Good computer skill, familiar with MS office
5.    Interpersonal and communication skill
6.    Proactive toward work
