Ericsson(China)Communication Co.,Ltd HR Intern for Talent Management Team
Responsibility
-Coodinate and support talent assessment and training
-Communicate with vendors and deal with PO in the EB system
-Maintain the talent database
-Analysis the talent structure and draft the PPT
-Assist to make talent development plan
Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above
-Detail-oriented
-Good command of Excel/Powerpoint/Word
-Good command of English.
-Excellent communication skills
-Be able to work over 4 days a week, and work at least 4 months. (6-month is preferred)
