Key Responsibilities
• Assist IP team on internet enforcement programs, including monitor internet infringers/suspicious websites, helping on websites/listings taken down.
• Assist Brand Protection Manager to check raids documents, communicate with enforcement authorities on verification process and preparing/sending/filing verification documents.
• Assist on preparing civil actions, including prepare legal documents, collecting/maintain relevant evidence.
• Help on filing management, including maintaining, updating and developing IP records, files and online database.
• Help on daily administration matters, including documents copy/scan, sample collection/checking.
• Help on other anti-counterfeiting matters
Requirements
Key Requirements
• Law School student;
• 1-2 years intern experience in IP det. of reputable law firm, IP agency or Mulit-national companies will be preferred;
• Good English skills in both speaking and writing.
• A team player, Logical and diligent
Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of IP laws;
• Knowledge about IP enforcement and relevant practice in the PRC;
